I'm Annie, a former midwife, and I created 'Wise & With Child' from something I came to understand deeply through my years of supporting women: good information matters, but so does feeling heard, respected and involved in your own care.

I don't believe there is one 'right' way to give birth. 
My role isn't to tell you what to choose, but to help you understand your options, ask the questions that matter and make choices that feel right for you and your circumstances.

You'll be gently guided through the decisions you may encounter as you prepare for birth, with space to reflect rather than simply tick boxes.

Because your birth plan shouldn't simply record what you've chosen.
It should help you understand why those choices matter to you.
