Welcome to Wise & With Child. These Terms of Service apply when you purchase products or digital resources through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Wise & With Child
Wise & With Child provides educational resources designed to support informed choice, self-trust and preparation throughout pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
The information and resources provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or care from your midwife, doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Products and information
I take care to describe products and digital resources as accurately as possible. Please read the individual product description carefully before purchasing so that you understand what is included and how the product will be supplied.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. The total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Digital products
Digital products may include downloadable guides, planners, workbooks, audio recordings and other digital resources.
Where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase, you will be asked to expressly agree to receive the digital content immediately and to acknowledge that, once it has been supplied, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of UK consumer law.

Personal use and copyright
Unless otherwise stated, all Wise & With Child products, written material, audio, downloads, designs and other original content are protected by copyright.
When you purchase a digital product, you are purchasing permission to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print a personal copy where appropriate, but you may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, resell, publish or commercially use the content without prior written permission.
Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.
Educational and health information
Pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period are individual experiences and circumstances vary.
Wise & With Child resources are intended to help you explore information, consider your preferences and feel better prepared to take part in conversations about your care. They do not tell you what choices to make or guarantee any particular pregnancy, birth or postnatal outcome.
If you have concerns about your health, pregnancy, baby or care, please seek advice from your midwife, doctor or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Access to digital products
Please provide an accurate email address when ordering. If you experience a problem receiving or accessing a digital product, please contact me so that I can help resolve it.
Refunds and cancellations
Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of product purchased. Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms from time to time, for example if Wise & With Child introduces new products or services or if legal requirements change. The Terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.
